Strawberry Jam/ Jelly Recipe

- 3 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 Juice of one lemon
- 1/2 cup Sugar
Wash strawberries
Chop strawberries into 1/4-inch pieces
Add strawberries, juice of one lemon, and sugar to a saucepan.
Bring to a boil
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
Using an immersion blender or regular blender puree the mixture to desired consistency.
Continue to simmer for 15 minutes. The mixture should thicken to a jam-like consistency.
Transfer to jars using a spatula
Allow the strawberry jam/ jelly to cool.
Store in refrigerator for 4 weeks or freezer for up to 6 months
