Wash, peel, and core mangos
Chop mangos into 1/4-inch pieces
Add lemon juice, sugar, and mango chunks to a saucepan.
Bring to a boil
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
Use an immersion blender or standard blender to puree the jam to desired your consistency.
Simmer for 15 minutes more minutes on meduim/ low heat. The mixture should thicken to a jam-like consistency.
Transfer to jars using a spatula
Allow the strawberry jam/ jelly to cool.
Jam can be stored in the fridge for a month or frozen for up to 6 months
